“Songs with a great sense of theatre and stories so strong you can feel the spines sticking out of their backs.” – Tom Morris.
“…brilliant, presented with humour, maturity and with an astonishing level of musical talent…The performers are all superb, especially Nuala Honan's beautiful, soaring vocals which can induce even the hardiest audience member with goosebumps. Unreservedly recommended.” 9/10 Bristol Post.

Passion, plagues and Bloody Marys.
Nursery rhymes conjure images of innocence and appease our children, who sleep in blissful ignorance of the torture, politics, witches, murder and erotic encounters that lie beneath their bedtime tales.
It really is quite contrary.
Twisted Theatre present the dark and debauched secrets of our familiar childhood rhymes with original songs, strings, booze, rhythm and silliness. So settle yourself in for an adult bedtime story of illuminated lullaby’s, laughs and sensational sounds.
